Chao cloning has become very popular. You can turn your chao into as many different evolutions as you like. It's actually very easy to do; you only need the following:

• GBA
• GCN/GBA Link Cable
• Two memory cards

If you have Sonic Advance, don't insert it. You can drop your chao off in the GBA without it in there.
Now, once you've dropped it off, the original chao stays in the garden, while the new one is in your GBA. Make sure not to turn it off! If you turn it off, the cloned chao is gone forever. Next, import the cloned chao into a different memory card. Once done, move it to the original memory card that it came from. You will have two of the same chao in the same garden, now.You can make your chao "immortal" so-to-speak by importing a clone of the chao into the same memory card. You can replace the new one before it dies, and change the mistakes you've made with it in the past. No comments are currently posted.
