Mega Chao

"Mega" Chao is just a term for an advanced second evolution. It works on three levels:These chao are only obtainable by Action Replay or GameShark -- they cannot be hand-raised. If you have Action Replay, then you can get the code to advance your chao's second evolution on the Action Replay page. There are also several chao for download on the SPS Chao Downloads page. These chao shrink after about thirty seconds. Some take longer to shrink, and some barely have anytime at all before they shrink. There is currently no way to fix this flaw -- we will have to wait until the chao hackers (who gave you these chao in the first place) find a way to hack past it. Until then, take what you can get. As for those with Action Replay, then you can make them big again, by making them get a heart above their head, or leaving the garden and coming back, just so long as the code is still on. For those who have GameShark, when the chao shrinks, just reset, without saving. Either that, or re-import the chao. Breeders and hackers alike both admire these evolution advancements, and are doing their best to make them permanent.
