One thing first. This is less of a tip than it's CHEATING! But since the prices are so incredibly high and playing one stage over and over again to collect rings would be boring, I think it's okay to cheat here.

You need: two memory cards

First, you have to have a Chao data on both memory cards. Then start by collecting rings on memory card 1. Old-school, by playing the stages, selling eggshells, whatever. Just save up a good amount, let's say 10,000-20,000 rings.
Copy your SA2B file to memcard 2. Go onto memory card 2 and buy all the things you want. Hats, expensive eggs...
Now delete your SA2B file on memcard 2 (NOT the Chao data!) and copy the one from card no. 1 again. Voila, you have all your rings again and can keep shopping.
Repeat as often as desired.

This trick works beacuse the Chao data is seperated from the main SA2B file (where the amount of rings is saved).

Note that the Omochao/Amy/Maria menu themes are also saved in the Sonic data, meaning that this trick doesn't work on them. No comments are currently posted.
