The "Fortune Teller" isn't really a fortune teller. She just names your chao. You can choose from one of her names, or you can name it yourself, by saying No twice, and she'll ask "How about naming the chao yourself?" Then you say yes, and you can name it yourself. Chao names can be up to 7 characters, including spaces. Dependent upon whether your chao is a newborn, already named, or grown up, she will make different comments on it:

Newborn: "Oh, your chao is a newborn. I will give your chao a good name."

Already named: "Oh, your chao already has a name. Would you like to rename this chao?"

Grown up: "Wow, your chao is pretty big, but you haven't named your chao yet?"
