No, your chao doesn't get in trouble and go to the Principal. The Principal is simply there for basic chao tips. His tips are pretty lame, but it does cover some basic information of which you do need to know. I would recommend reading everything he has to say, as it can probably help you out a lot, with taking care of your chao.
