A clone of Nebula, this chao is a hacked chao by yours truely. And, just like Nebula, it looks like a new breed of chao. However, this "Raxius" Chao is a Super/Neutral/Power/Power chao with Devil Hands texture and Hero Chaos eyes. It has the same exact stats as Nebula, but (in my opinion) looks a lot cooler.
